Rager is an Iraqi company established in February 2012 based in Erbil specialized in the Oil, Gas, contracting and residence projects fields, owned by Mr. Asghar Salih Shwan.
The first local company that had the ability and the necessary experience to win governmental contracts to distribute and transport Gas and Oil in north of Iraq.
EDITION TOWERS
In the process of constructing a modern residential twin towers of 29 floors of a total 392 various apartments in design and areas and Three basement floors for 392 car parking’s, last but not least the ground and first floors are allocated for up to 20 commercial shops in Erbil city, Gulan street.
The allocated land area for the Towers is 5,819 m² and the total built up area would be 3,891 m² which is 66.87% of the land area and an open area of 1,928 m² which is 33,13% of the land area.
The importance of keeping up with the rapid development and growth in Erbil city encouraged a significant number of local and international investors to invest in Erbil city.
On top of the fields for investors were the residential buildings to meet the growing demands for the residential units especially in this site which is known as the Golden square in Erbil city due to it’s proximity to the old city center and the Erbil International Airport.
Initial works of pre-constructions stages.
Excavation works started on September 1st-2022.
Two excavators and 16 trucks were on duty.
